Panoptes Intelligence offers a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Guarantee Period

We offer a 14-day guarantee period from the date of purchase. During this period, you can request a full refund without any justification required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through:

  • Email: billing@pnt.cx
  • Provide the email used for purchase
  • Include the reason for the request (optional)

4. Processing

After the request, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Subscriptions

For subscription plans:

  • Cancellations can be made at any time
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Prorated refund available within the first 14 days

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be applicable in cases of:

  • Violation of Terms of Use
  • Misuse or abuse of the platform
  • Requests after the guarantee period
